Pete, how is "Insanity"? I've been doing P90X for a few years now and was thinking of switching. I always seem to get bigger with P90X, when I'd prefer to get leaner and lighter.

Izzy - insanity is addictive... very different from P90x -- I think that it depends on your fitness goals... Insanity is much more cardio focused - think Plyo X on steroids... and add in some push up reps... most the workouts consist of a 10 minute warm up, good stretching, and then a relatively short but intense workout where you do repeat sets of cardio and resistance work -- I am always dripping in sweat when I finish and I love it. The workout is phased to gear you up for the second 30 days of "max" workouts -- they're intense. I think the longest workout is probably 75 minutes vs over 90 w/ P90X -- while I may not be my thinnest/most cut, I'm definitely in the best cardio shape ever. I had my first outdoor soccer game last week and played 90 min and wasn't tired... which is a good indicator of baseline cardio fitness. I have also done a hybrid of the two workouts and that actually works well... so, I'd recommend buying it -- it is worth the $ and way better than a group fitness class at a gym and easy to fit into the day.

Josie - come over anytime and join in a workout.
