What's so wrong with a little country every now and then? Obviously you know what 98.1 the Bull is.

So, have we determined if there was two accidents yet? RC.com had a thread about someone decking on Rock Wars, perhaps due to pulled/broken gear?
Best wishes to Cliff for a speedy recovery.
rc.com thread, also has some more info about Cliff's fall:

There were 3 accidents this past weekend, from what I'm hearing:
1) Cliff at Skybridge (the rc.com thread says it happened on Saturday, but I heard about it on Friday)
2) Someone at Long Wall (just now learned about this from the rc.com thread)
3) A rappeller somewhere (learned about this from the news article posted here a few days ago)
Best wishes to all involved, and thanks to those who helped with the rescues.

Three good reasons for all climbers to get at least WFA training/certification.

I'm not pointing fingers because I have done some crazy things as well but I can't imagine leading Souders Crack on gear. I also saw someone deck low on Rock Wars from the rock breaking a couple years ago. You can still see the rock scar. I really don't think you are safe on Rock Wars either until you get near the first set of bolts. That rock is thin. It's a function of how heavy the leader is, how deep you sink the gear and how dynamic the belay is on whether the rock will fail in a fall. Hot September is the same way. Be safe.

I know you addressed Meadows, but I am going to do this and had the info handy. There are still spots available. The class starts 4/20 in Cinci.
