Rough Questimate Flying low is about 700 - 900 Cal. that's not scientific just based prior knowledge of the 1.5 mi. distance and average cal. burn.

Really Piggie no need to measure V02 max! There is if you climb outside the 1 pitch climbs in the gorge. Try the east face of Whitney, or say some where in Yosemite, or any where theres more the 100 ft of elevation at even a 5.10. Ya damn well better have some endurance.

chuffing up pins scars, posing for the brahs with some dooogie howser haircut in camp 4, dumpster diving and gettin in the pants of college co-eds half your age who are making min. wage for four months but don't climb a day (but think "climbers" are the coolest)...

not a bad gig if you can get it.

Wow, look another F'ing idiot doing his best to stir something up. Why piggie I think your just spraying your looser self reality on the board. Nice work, a display of perversion, manipulative behavior, arrogance, ignorance, low class, and hell yeah down right stupidity! Thats a true defining feature of your title.

read the whole thread Horatio. The 1.5 mile run is a standardized field test to measure V02.
