i think people find the whole rap thing amusing, maybe they just don't want to say it to your face. your act was kinda like the bearded lady before the circus, so hideous that its entertaining. i guess you're just another exhibit in the freak show cause the arrogant cockyness that is the center of rap doesn't really mesh well with the layed back casualness of the greater climbing community.

I just want to mention this is without a doubt the gheyest thread I've seen on the board in quite some time. I've seen lovers' quarrels outside of the gay bars before and this is a little too similar.
Take it to
http://www.asspiratesstillintheclosetwh ... thered.com or argue about who's gonna be bitch and who's gets to be butch tonight through your email.

Laid back casualness of the climbing community???
You're right....all those grunts and screams I hear when I go to those crowded sport crags are DEFINITELY laid back.
All the gossip and name calling I hear at Miguels is EXTREMELY laid back.
Of course they find it amusing....they're supposed to, idiot.
I've gotten emails from Craig Leubbens, Tommy Caldwell, Ron Kauk, Randy Leavitt, Chris Macnamara, and Chris Linder commending me on the music. Those guys helped to make climbing the accessible sport that it is today......and they love the songs. However, they all have testicles, and know that climbing is about fire and drive as much as being "laid back". You'll figure it out someday if you ever get over the 5.10 hump. Good luck with that.
Till then, I'll keep rapping about pansies like you.

Arrogant cockyness that is the center of rap?? Do you even have a clue what the hell you are talking about?
Lets do it pawilkes style.....
Rap, by definition, is "rhythm and poetry". It began as a way to make people dance. The original "rappers" were emcees put into place merely to promote the DJ that was spinning records. The DJ would juggle two identical drum breaks from old soul records to create a longer break, as the break was often the funkiest part of the song. That is where the "rapper" came in, saying simple rhymes over the drumbreak to keep people dancing and shout out the DJ.
At the center of rap is entertainment. And yes, a good chuckle is entertainment.

How many times have you said "this is the gayest thread blah blah blah"???
Charlie....stop reading the gay threads. Before long you'll be a cockgobbler yourself.
