So what happened to people posting their Summer goals? Let us all gawk at yet another train-wreck of a thread.
Oh yeah, my goals:
-To continue to get down to the red every weekend and not let travel for work wreck my improvement like it did last year.
-to climb more mid-week to improve my endurance for real rock.
-to set my "send" ego aside and continue to get pounded on overhanging climbs, because that's the only way I will improve my forearm endurance and haul my fat a$$ up the wall.
-Use all the improved endurance and body technique from getting pounded on overhanging routes to...
-Send Bandolier
-Oh yeah, and use NKU's pool to train and run my first triathlon of the season by early July.

Goal #1: nurse my ankle and work my way back into leading at least the same routes I was leading 2 months ago
Goal #2: Stay with the topic when posting at redriverclimbing

I'm just saying that if you had a stronger body it would be able to heal more quickly and you wouldn't have any excuses not to climb.

jefflehmkul, please do not stray off topic. As you can see, you are irritating most with your lies about your climbing experiences.
Everyone will remember me when I am stronger than most climbers you have ever seen. You will remember me as the man who pushes the limits of his physical existence to supercede any hint of deteriation in athletic performance. I am 32 now and I have the body of an 18 year old. I have the strength of an ox and will transition that strength to my climbing abilities. All I have left is a couple years of technique building and I will be stronger than almost anyone.

What I say may sound outrageous but do know that I take my athleticism very seriously in both mind and body. The others that do will understand what I am talking about.
Have you ever walked on hot coals? I have. I have also participated in many other masochistic endeavours. This is what has helped me to become such a great endurance athlete. High performing individuals have learned to cope with pain. If you haven't then you will never perform to your fullest. jefflehmkul included.

Snoop, can you walk on water, too? If so, I think you will make a fine addition to the RRGCC!
