So are you holding the list of people who did donate time and/or money? Are you making an assumption that Andy does nothing? I do recall him donating time driving to gyms to speak on behalf of the RRGCC.

ok, tool shed...you got a better idea? in what other ways may people contribute other than time or money? there seems to be alot of moanign and groaning so we can go out on the weekends and have these bolt protected routes right at our feet...

example..the crew I went with Sunday to Torrent...every single person in that group knows that Mark asks for a donation, and less half of us ponied up...to me, that is wrong...go climb some where else if you aren't willing to throw in $2 every trip to torrent.

so yes, time or money, or you have no say.

Man, I feel special. I got a "fuck off" and Sandy only got a "kiss my ass".

Gretchen - I just can't handle your holier than thou attitude anymore. I think you have a case of the angry helpdesk worker; It's like you've dealt with some unappreciative folks and now you just view everyone that way. I'm tired of your authoritative attacks and I don't know who you think you are to judge me for my lifetime contributions. You are condescending and belittling in your posts and I let it go up 'til now...until you directed it at me. You've attacked my friends, my boyfriend, and I'm just over your self-rightous attitude. You *choose* to contribute your time to the RRGCC. Good for you...and I mean that. But that is your choice and it does not make you a better person than anyone here. If you ever want to talk about feelings you know how to get in touch with me.

Now back to the topic...
I support the RRGCC's efforts completely. I don't think I've ever said anything that suggested otherwise.

But even though I think the Preserve area is an amazing piece of land and the climbing is sensational, I haven't missed climbing there at all. There's just so much other climbing in the RRG. I don't know why folks are so adamant about climbing there before the lose ends are tied up.

I was at Oil Crack last weekend. Someone from the RRGCC (I forget your name but thanks again) was nice enough to give us a ride up there and told our group that we should park in the designated areas and that if somone told us to leave just kindly comply. There were others in the area as well. Michiganers and Canucks. Not everyone checks online shit before going out craggin.
