In the 8th grade we did a body fat test in health class, and I had 24% body fat, and I don't look a whole lot different now, but I took a test about a year ago at a gym and it said something like 16% I think. Climbing and yoga and some cardio here and there... it seemed to work, by accident. And I still think a diet of immense amounts of peanut butter will do wonders. Give it a shot, Christian. Let me know if I should start up a new fad diet.
