any ankle injury beta?

I think I'll boulder in my Active Ankle brace when I'm in Hueco next month. It should be interesting. Fortunately I should have a good spotter who will "catch me like a cheerleader." I might even fall extra just for the thrill!

This latest accident happened during trail running - grade 3 sprain (severe). Damn fall leaves hiding obstacles on the trail! I recommend sticking to maintained trails or even asphalt once the leaves blanket the trails...
