You're joking right? If you want fairy tales go to Disneyland. Not Kentucky.

And you know man, you come off sounding like an 18 year old spoiled brat, not someone who's got their act together. Throw out all the multisyllable words you like, you still sound juvenile. Language doens't necessarily denote intelligence.

Well, I haven't commented for the following reasons: I don't practice in Kentucky; I don't know squat about property law, environmental law or rock/ access/recreational use law;I am new to Le Rouge and this forum; I am sick of arguing, fighting and worst of all needing to be "right". My serenity is more important to me than arguing over something I have no power to chage at this very moment.

Look the word "offensive" up in the dictionary. I believe your picture & name are there.

One can have a borderline nasty sense of humor, but you definitely cross the line.

Apparently the major lesson that you have not learned in your 30+ years of life is "approach". How to approach a situation, assess it, and handle it in a kind, effective method. Crude behavior is not highly looked upon in the professional world, which most of us adults live.

I personally find your thoughts on this board very offensive.

If you would like to further debate this, please feel free to contact me at 513/271-1716.

Don't think I've met you in person, but I'm with Gretchen here. You may be the coolest MF in the universe in person, but from where I'm sitting J.H. the internet persona needs to put in a little more effort before it reaches the preferred maturity level.

Again, rule #2 applies. Never miss an opportunity to shut the fuck up.

Point number 1: What if he decides to express himself by accosting an oil worker? Or bolting new routes on FS land without permission? Wouldn't you agree that its OUR busines as well? And this is a public forum. We're also entitled to our opinions that JH is a real jerk.

Point number 2: You're generalizing when you say we take ourselves too seriously if we're offended. I kept my opinions about JH to myself for a long time before I had finally gotten tired of reading his crap. I've visited this board for many moons under all of its incarnations and have seen (and also been) so many people that rant and rave and start trouble because they are too immature to get along with other living human beings. JH seems to be one of these.

BTW, kudos to J.H. for deciding to edit his posts.

Also, I am with Christian as to giving legal opinions on this forum and on these issues. Tomdarch, very perceptive of you.
