Quite true, but what if you want a good non-climbing converstaion around a campfire?

But you can't have fires at Miguel's... and at the other places you can't just collect wood from nearby. Also, you have to worry about being courteous to your neighbors.

Unfortunately, the forest service cops like to collect citations like a farmer harvesting corn.

Actually, the Red River Gorge is part of the Peoples Republic of North Korea and is under military control for the protection of the people. I would encourage you to look at the potential for new development in other areas.
