Thanks for posting those images of Red Rocks. Those colors, the tans, burnt reds, vivid blues, are a poultice for my numb brain craving climbing.

It happen to me once for a brief second in December of some year. On our way out to some out of the way place when a thunderstorm blew up and dumped sleet, snow, and then rain. The lighting was fun too. Then about as quick as it blew up it was gone.
