Maybe the RRG part being a blue curve like a river, the rest of it turning into a mountian somehow.

What about Penderfest or "PendFest" as a play on "SendFest"?

Spring Sendoff? Though it kind of makes it sound like a comp.

Sendfest and pulldown implies a comp which this event is not, e.g. past comps have used these words in their event names. Pulldown used in an internet search tends bring up items related to pulldown menus. Putting Pendergrass Pulldown in Google came up with Teddy Pendergrass, a musician, as the first hit.
