Yas, I'm pretty sure I"m not alone in saying that I was a little nervous about checking out your profile photo. That said, I'm also pretty sure that my profile photo could beat the crap out of your profile photo. Especially if yours got between mine and some Hostess Twinkies!

Sparky - that's what I like to hear! Keep me motivated, pull up king!! You need to balance those biceps with some tricep work though, you know.

Lynne, if you saw my biceps you wouldn't worry about my triceps you'd just wonder how i could even do one pullup

also to off set all the damage i did to my abs yesterday and to celebrate a friends new job i'm gonna try and polish of a 12 pack to night

I did some crunches one morning and had a six pack by that night!

speaking of beer, I just drank my last of my Fat Tire stock... boo hoo.

Okay, I was away at conference till Sat. night, sooooooooooo for March I have done:

2 miles running
420 ab exercises
5 hours of Yoga
120 butt crunches

Let's see, it's the 5th, sooooooo.......5 beers!

Laugh all you want, you little puppies, we'll have this conversation again when you're my age!!!!! :twisted:

What's the deal with the butt crunches?? :?
I've seen Theresa do a butt smear occasionaly. i guess a good butt crunch work out would allow you to really grip the rock from a precarious position with your bum.
