um, not so sure I'd be proud of that...but hey, whatever turns you on...I'd think you'd prefer to make your name by returning to your glory days of SoCal (you know, cruising 12's) instead of THIS way.

Hey since I can't be proud of my climbing level anymore that gives me something right...What's the old saying, "if you can't be the best, it's better to be the worst"

I have no shame can't ya tell

My dad is a pilot and I remember as a small child sitting behind the seats in a modified Cessna 150 while his buddy (who is a stunt pilot) did several really cool barrel rolls. That was fun! My dad liked to climb sharply until the engine would stall and alarms would sound. Then he would act confused and worried... and next (after the nose tipped back over and we would begin to plummet) he would restart the engine and laugh... ha ha ha... I didn't think that it was funny the first time he did that! Later I always begged him to fly upside down and to stall the engine. Oh yeah he would also fly really close to the barns and trees and then he would pull up at the last possible second. Of course all I could think about the first few times was how the engine had stalled earlier in the day when he climbed too steeply...

Nothing like sheer terror to make for a fond childhood memory.

That's the problem with today's kids: Their elders don't scare the living shit out of them on a regular basis.
