We have a french press for home and one for the van. And that grit in the bottom of the cup... oooooh, that's the good stuff. I can't live without it.

yeah, that extra little bit that sort of sludges' its way down the cup.. that put the zing! in my days. lately i've been putting fresh grounds in the press in the morning then i keep reusing them for more pots. occassionally i'll put a few fresh grounds in later in the day. ahh.. coffee.. i love it

I love good coffee. The Coop in Lexington has good organic sumatra. In a pinch, I resort to Starbucks Sumatra from the grocery store. Lexington Coffee & Tea company has great coffee too. They roast it right there. It's dang good.

Wes, you need to drink your coffee before noon and then lay off caffeine completely. You'll find your life to be much better balanced if you switch to whiskey at noon.
