I might have, until I read this bullshit he wrote here. They were booty when I found them, and now they are mine.

Dude, your being a jackass...they werent booty, they were draws that he left on a project. Your really just a big dick if you dont give them back....think about this- if it were aaron and he had your draws and then saw something similar to this that im DAMN! sure that he would give your draws back without even thinking twice! Climbers dont take the possesions of other climbers!

Man, it really sounds like booty, fair and square. I mean, he wasn't able to finish the route and had to bail. I guess next time he will leave a quicklink, and clean what gear he can when he has to tuck his tail between his legs and run away.
Now, if it was me, I would probably trade it back for some beer and pizza, but that is just me. I know a lot of people who would just keep it, and would be in the right for doing so.

hmmm...so let me get this straight. you left two draws, two runners, and a quick link on the bolt below the crux to the anchors? and you "just lowered" to do more routes? how hard could 15 feet work you? man, this is the most classic example of gumbyism i've heard in a looong time. i'd take your shit if i saw it...but i'd probably give it back.

Gotta go with vic here. The squid is way cool. I just need a long enough painters pole and I can reach the anchors to like a third of the routes in the Red from aiding off the second bolt. And all the good karma from retreiving the bail draws, I won't have to buy beer all summer!
