SOUTHERN REGION
Anyone else notice that with all this 'IANAL, but ....' speculation, none of the lawers who participate in this forum have commented?
Anyway,
I think that climbers (specifically the RRGCC) need(s) to post a good deal of singnage in the region to communicate to all climbers what is expected of them. Sadly, the signage needs to be large and obvious. Right now, it should read "negotiations ongoing, observe the No Trespassing signs! Do not drive into the region!" In the future, the signs need to explain how to avoid conflicting with the oil operations and may need actual "No Parking" signs posted around equipment.
This communication probably needs to extend to the kiosk at Miguel's. It was dark, but I did not see the necessary BIG ASS sign beating people over the head that it is a bad idea to drive into the southern region right now. Word of mouth is not adequte.
I think that the RRGCC needs to develop and enact a site management plan, which includes signage and probably would need the 'construction' of additional parking areas in order to manage the usage of the area and prevent future problems.
The current situation demonstrates that these things need to happen even before the actual purchase.

There is a nice sign on the on the kiosk at miguels that tells you to keep your dog on a leash. every night you will see dogs running loose. I even watched one climber take her dog inside. There are no trespassing signs in the southern region and climbers ignore them too. What good are even more signs?Like Wes said "people are stupid"

J.H.,
Look the word "offensive" up in the dictionary. I believe your picture & name are there.
One can have a borderline nasty sense of humor, but you definitely cross the line.
Apparently the major lesson that you have not learned in your 30+ years of life is "approach". How to approach a situation, assess it, and handle it in a kind, effective method. Crude behavior is not highly looked upon in the professional world, which most of us adults live.
I personally find your thoughts on this board very offensive.

Just genuinely disengenuous.
