Phil is a friend of mine and knew better- ALWAYS weight the new system before disconnecting from the old system. If there are any problems, they will be apparent before you are committed to the new system.
Terrible misfortune that could happen to any of us, but, it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy... Phil rocks.
We could learn a lot from Canada... instead, we've been teaching them bad habits...
