Question for the very green gumbies

this was a response i received last year after dumping on gumbies:

dear uber-1337 cliff climbing god,

you are, like, so totally awesome. i like watching you look up at overhung walls and pantomime moves with your climbing lovers. so intense. so passionate. and so real. like watching Titanic, but turning it off before the boat sinks.

i also like watching you drink beer at miguel's in your totally 'you' rockclimber costume. i could tell you have a unique personality because your down jacket was brown. and they can never take that away from you. because you are a superstar.

and when i see you in parking lots next to your stickered-up pontiac vibe? wow. instant gumby boner.

when i get my allowance i'm gonna get some stickers too.

Too late! I just renamed every FA I put up Instant Gumby Boner I, Instant Gumby Boner II, Instant Gumby Boner III, Instant Gumby Boner IV, Instant Gumby Boner V, etc.

I hadn't seen this before but I thought it worth investigating....
Yesterday, Monday, May 11th, 2009, adam and I rolled down to the illustrious roadside crag parking lot.
Before I had time to finish parking adam exclaimed - "There's one right there!"
