What about cats, if we have a cat on a leash can we take it to the red?

I saw people at Military once with a pet rabbit in a cage. Needless to say, they were from Chicago. They were the climbing-equivalent of the people who go to Vail, ski 2 runs, sit in the chalet with their furry ski outfits and drink hot chocolate.
