I would point out that this only affects the Sore Heel Crags. So if you don't want to be involved you can still climb @ Drive-by, Bob Marley, & Coal Bank on everyone elses dime.

Are the shoe demos going to be available on sunday? The clinics provide a great opportunity for introducing new climbers to the gorge and to the RRGCC, but finding gear can be a problem, especially for the beginner clinic. Will any be provided?

Toad, only for you, but I expect to see you working behind a lens.
ems, demos definitely on Sat but not sure about Sun yet. We'll have to talk to the sponsors when they get here, guess it depends largely on their travel schedules.

They do in these pictures -
http://www.nbcabins.com/campground.php - but it looks like only at choice sites. So you might want to get there early and stake your claim.

There are a few tables, but keep in mind it's going to be tent city so everyone should expect to share with their neighbors!
Water and showers also onsite.

Hey, the weather is looking awesome for this weekend! Partly cloudy all three days with highs of 79 Fri. and 81 on Sat. & Sun. If you haven't already seen it, there is a full event schedule that you can print off the RRGCC site -
http://www.rrgcc.org
It is going to be an non-stop, action packed, weekend. I made a separate post about the auction for a photo shoot w/John Evans. I am also looking forward to the Red Bull Dyno Comp on Saturday night. I remember when we had the dyno comp at Torrent a couple of years ago and that was a blast.
