For the record, I deleted this round of your pictures. Ray already asked you to stop spamming the forum with huge pictures every time you post.

This is a fun thread. Apparently, "someone" is an olympic caliber idiot. He's threatened me via PM as well.... And I'm certainly not a hard guy to find...

I used to be a gymnast and it amazes me to see what todays athletes are doing!! I was working at level 10 before I quit back in 2000 and can't imagine doing some of the tricks I saw last week...it makes me wanna get off my lazy butt and get back into it!

After seeing Nastia land one of her vaults without twitching a muscle, I was hoping she'd take the gold. Amazing.

I didn't shed a thing for Nastia. Didn't care for her seriousness. As a former gymnast and elite level gymnastics coach, and knowing what those girls go through, Shawn Johnsons constant smile was much more endearing.

After dealing with USGF politics for years, and watching dreams crushed by those politics, I've decided that todays womens gymnastics is the absolute best developmental sport, and the absolute worst sport to continue into elite levels.

Her vault is awfully easy comparatively. 5.12, so to speak. She did deserve a higher score for it though...

The most amazing thing in this Olympics is not womens gymnastics or Michael Phelps. Not even Dara Torres.

Its Usain Bolt. He broke the 100m world record, even though he basically stopped running with 20m to go... Pounded his chest with both hands, and looked around at the crowd.... while jogging to a world record. How fast he could possibly go someday is mind boggling...

I am going to be a women's gymnast in the next Olympics. Apparently all you have to do to medal in vault is have a really high difficulty and land on your face. Thats bullshit. I am going to flip my lanky ass five thousand times, land on my neck, break my arm, and win because my difficulty was 20 points and I only loose .8 for landing on my teeth. Bullshit.
