Jeff, you lot need to meet and hash this out. Talk broadly about other issues also and hopefully you can set a permanent lunch date every month or so. Synergism is going to be more lucrative than discord because you all bring so much to the game. Your post gives me hope that things will work.

I would like to mention that Rick has changed his post on the MuirValley.com site to read the following:

Google these names for contact info.

Very much appreciated. Thank you for the considerations to those in the community. A very respectable and timely act of goodwill. Hopefully this is the first step in the right direction to open communication among those with interests in the area.

if Busch is sold and with Miller having already been sold and Star Bucks losing market share maybe the little man- (independent coffee shops and microbreweries will have a stronger footing) care about Main Street not Wallstreet

I am glad I'm not guiding anymore, but stuff like this went on long ago and it's what soured my appetite for being a part of the RRG "community."

Colorado is nice and anonymity is nice.

The thing about being part of a close-knit community is that you get all of the traits of being in a family. All the benefits and all of the hardships. The key is to recognize that the value of the relationships far outweigh the pain of going through difficult times. They are all growing pains that are involved in learning how to deal with different personalities and idiosynchrasies. So I will take the aggravation to go along with the beauty that is the Red River Gorge community. Warts and all.
