Warthog, for such a kind, amicable albeit hirsute fellow, you adopt draconian solutions to social problems. The opinion of tomorrow's retrospect will put us in the dark ages of human justice.
BTW: Andrew is spreading rumors about you. Vide Supra.

Personally I believe in pro choice, its rediculus not to. As far as the death penalty goes here is my solution. Kill the fuckers, but make the victims do it. If a mother f@#ker commits a crime and he is facing the death penalty then let the victim decide if he/she can push the button/pull the lever/ shoot the gun. If yor heart won't let you kill the man, then why should you let the state decide.

i like your take krampus..only problem i see is capital punishment is used in cases where, gasp, the victim is already dead...so which friend, spouse, family member gets to fry the bastard. I am sure you can find one person in every family to have draconian ideas of right and wrong like I do.

beguiling.

the only problems with Capital Punishment are that it's not actually implemented often enough and the cost of appeals is astronomical. Oh, and that small issue with wrongful conviction... but oh, well!
