it's on the left about a half mile past the entrance station... accross the road from South Campground... but that's not why i'm here...

I'm here to show you some late fall Wind Rivers "car-to-car-in-a-day" ridge traversing. Didn't make Temple peak due to a big fat gendarme and ice on the final knife edge before Temple. All said though, with 3 peaks, 18 miles, and damn good weather for end of October... not a bad day.
