I don't know if she was soloing sunday as well. A guy walked up and asked us very calmly, "No emergency, but do you know where the nearest hospital is?" She came up behind him, cut up on elbows and knees, and clutching a shirt to her face. We directed her to the hospital in Winchester. Her injuries seemed to be consistent with taking a fall on rope. I didn't hear it happen from the 10 wall, so I guess they were over over at the moderate wall on the far right.

Same wall same day seen a guy deck on Dude Abides he was on tr and landed flat on his back
This happend with about 10 new climbers watching sure made them climb smarter for the rest of the day.
with all the climbers being droped lately it seems that the gumbys may be some of the safer climbers out their.
hope we all can remimber just because your good and strong does not meen you should stop climbing like a gumby

How do you deck on top rope? Did he forget to tie in? Was he being belayed by his girlfriend who just found out about his fling with her sister?

Haha, that was actually me "who got dropped". First day back out after 4 months off and it was a little rough. However, I'm not sure falling 4 feet counts as decking.

I didn't get dropped, I let go. I quickly realized I didn't get all the rope stretch out like I thought I had. It wasn't my belayer's fault at all, it was mine.

I'm just surprised it took 21 pages for the secret to be revealed.
