You are right. The climbing in the Red is basically bouldering.

I thought all climbing was basically bouldering, only weighed down with gizmos and gadgets and other impurities.

I checked out the hill at the arboretum yesterday but instead of running up it I just rolled down it.

believe me, i have tried to hold my breath all the way through a route! it doesn't work... especially on one like GameBoy... 140 ft. I think my heart stopped beating altogether at the top. So, cardio is very important for climbing at the Red!

You're kidding, right?
The length of a route means nothing. Gameboy is definitely not an aerobic workout unless you hyperventilate through 135 feet of it.

yeah I hyperventilate a lot.... so it IS a cardio workout for me.... I would smack the stupid right out of you if I knew who you were!
