Well Gretchen, you have some catching up to do. So far for March I have done:
1400 situps
130 pushups
16 pullups
420 ass clenches**
and run 6 miles
**go ahead and laugh, but gravity WILL OBEY ME!

alright lynne i did your 420 situps today and i feel like somebody beat the crap out of my abs.
though i've ran 16 miles this week
and did 120 pullups
no push ups or ass clenches
