America doesn't have the best health care system in the world.

Just the most expensive.

When I lived in New Zealand you had to wait in a long line to get any elective surgery done. But I got to see my doctor the same day I called for an appointment. The next day at worst. And if he needed to see me for 45 minutes, then he did. I wasn't one of three patients booked for the same crummy ten minute slot.

Hijack.

I think I'll get one of those tear drop tatoos next to my eyes for the Bill of Rights and one for each of the Founding Fathers too. The good news is the youth of America can't pass the background checks for police service so the man will have to out source the gestapo services.

I think most of what you're reading here is chicken little-ism. Near as I can tell (and I won't claim to have read it all, but I have looked at the actual bill as opposed to someone's blog about the bill), this bill covers a gap in existing legislation. It defines how to treat people who are not covered by US law, nor by Geneva conventions, i.e. people who fight against the US but are not in any country's formalized army. As far as I can see it does not apply to US citizens, nor is there any provision for revoking someone's citizenship (if anyone knows different, please quote the part of the bill that says this).
No chalkbag since 1995.

In that case, I think you were a little generous with the estimates on how many kids in school from 1980 on have used drugs. 50%? That sounded awfully low to me.

They'll just do with the cops like they've done with the army and lower the bar. Maybe they'll have one smart cop with four stupid thugs hoping the smart cop can control the thugs most of the time. But then again, if you get arrested you deserve to be beaten and jailed, right?
