I've been climbing once or twice in 2006 and not to Global so it actually wasn't me that took it. But if I had been there I would have taken it, just to restore a sense of adventure to my wilderness experience and yours.

Are you fucking kidding me? "adventure" "wilderness"? At global village? You could damn near hit a golf ball to the road from the father and son ledge. Par 3, maybe short pair 4.

Anyway, it isn't any harder to continue on the trail, past the cut off trail to euraka, and just take the next trail up, walk past vision, etc.

wes, these chuffers have no idea of adventure and wilderness. there is no where in the gorge region that you can't reach a house, road, or cell phone reception within 60 minutes..hardly wilderness...try alaska or montana.
