Your $$$ Needed To Keep The Southern Region Open
Hey, I got quoted!?captain static wrote:Quoted from this BBS in the Wolverine ad that accompanies the article: "What I really like & appreciate (...about the guidebook...) is the way I felt after putting it down. It made me feel proud to be a part of climbing in Red River Gorge."

That's it, I'm upping my donation!
It stuff like this that gives everyone a good feeling.
Regular updates to keep the subject in everyones minds is a good idea.
I remember purchasing a route a few Rocktoberfests ago and I believe it was discussed that after that year, the $ amount would be matched each year following by the purchaser.
There was never any follow-up and I completely forgot about it, until this discussion.
If I had a reminder, I would have been sending in the cash.
Let's make this work.
Thanks Bill, for posting, and Thanks Michelle and Ray for kickin' ass!
Thanks to Ray and Michelle as well as to the climbing community that supports us. To date I have given over $85,000 of which over $83,000 has gone to resolving our debt with the Murry family. I would hope that we can begin to rely on the community for the financial wherewithal to pay for the property. I'm getting tired of the extra shifts that paying for the property involves.
Thanks again to all
