the guy in the pic should put his left foot on a small edge just down and left of his right foot. then he wouldn't have to chuck like an idiot to the pocket.

I'm partial to the 3rd photo in the series. Looks like he's flying through the air kinda like you picture people falling...arms & legs moving in a circular motion.
