North of New Orleans is Jefferson Parrish (they use parrish instead of county) and we called them Heybras because they always said, "Hey, bra."

ever heard of west monroe, la? ouchita parish? I was born there, but don't laugh now. we moved when I was one, but now I know what happened to me...
