Sprag - Were you one of those crazy people who actually raised their hand to answer questions in law school?

marathonmedic, you must have kids.

I have trouble with this as well, but I have insomnia. I have to drug myself to get to sleep or I'll lie there for hours & hours.

Can you cut something out of your day to allow more time? 10 minutes here & 10 minutes there adds up to a couple hours more for you to sleep. Let me know if you figure out a good solution. I'm exhausted too.

Actually, no. One of my classmates does and he gets way less sleep than me. Or are you suggesting that I need to get some? I hope not!

Don't let it worry you. You can make up all the sleep you missed when you're dead.

One of the docs was trying to burst my bubble one day and suggested that climbing would cause me to have arthritis in my knees (mainly because I am prone to knee-whacking). Another, much cooler doc laughed and said, "You're gonna get it anyway, Di, might as well get it doing what you love to do!"

I just read an article which says interval training will burn more.
It says that by keeping the same pace the body becomes more efficient at that pace. Changing the pace confuses the body, so it keeps burning the fat.

Hope that helps.
