Thanks for the heads up on this stuff I bought a jar of it while I was down there. It was the best spread I think I've had. I was going to save some for my hubby when I got home, but er uh, sorry hubby. The cashews didn't take anything away from the superior macedamia taste, very rich and smooth stuff. Be careful Horatio this stuff might send you to the E-room

Funny, mine had a layer of oil on top and needed a TON of stirring to get a consistancy even close to creamy. Did I get a bogus jar or what?

My roommate just had me try some cinnamon peanut butter... it was really good, but I still don't think anything can top natural crunchy peanut butter. Just thought I'd give everyone the play-by-play.

Did anybody else have a layer (1/4") on top of their cashew butter?

The natural butters always have oil on top and have to be stirred up. They keep that from happening in Jiff or whatever by hydrogenating the oil. That and I think they stir bat shit into it just because they hate you. But that's just a rumor. Don't quote me on that.

I think crunchy peanut butter is an abomination. If I wanted crunchy peanut butter I would stuff my mouth full of peanuts and chew for a minute and then spit it on my bread. Hey! I'm off to the kitchen!

The only thing that tops natural peanut butter is every single peanut butter thats not so natural.
