The thing with the Arena is the rrgcc owns tha land above the cliffline, including the cliffs. They do not own the bottom area though, and by rights we should be able to climb there, but the oil company isnt letting us to the bottom if im correct.

Ballss,
If you are asking whether there is a gate up over there, meaning the Arena, yes there is. Both approaches to it are impassable.
Coal Bank (SC, Dark Side, etc) are not gated and open for business. Park at the sign (just before the dam). The new foot bridge (a very nice and beefy foot bridge) is just below the dam.

ballss,
please respect the closures. there is no need for us out of towners to impede the process of opening up the entire region. the solar collector is quite worthy, and you will enjoy that crag. don't get fixated on the walls we can't climb..enjoy those we can.
