Now I just need to get another computer since my harddrive is smaller that my iPod.

Check out the USB hard drives. You may need to upgrade to USB2 ($30) to get decent transfer speed but I got a 60GB for $100. Dell has a 160GB for $260. It's a lot cheaper than a new computer.
