i think it is a myth that friction is better when it is cold out.
i think it is a combination of cold and humidity that make for good friction. i have been out on some greasy cold days and some sticky warmer ones. I agree that it needs to be cool to coldish but relative humidity plays a big part.

I am just dying to get outside at this point! In 10 days it will be 2 months since I have touched real rock. It looks liek this coming weekend could be in the low 40's... a tropical paradise!
Lest we all forget... climbing is a mostly meaningless pursuit that we do for fun.

Climbed in a t-shirt yesterday. Today looks nice too but I have class. Wish it would hold out til tomorrow...

We climbed in tshirts Sunday. Do I get a cookie? Never mind; not on my diet!
