Actually, the only pick up lines that ever worked for me are these:
"Hello"
"Want to climb with me next weekend?"
Here are some general climber pick up lines.
"Want to climb with me next weekend? I have REALLY big cams."
"I know of a super-ultra-mega secret crag, but I need a partner to climb it, can you help me?"
(note: if you do not have big cams or a super-ultra-mega secret crag, you'll have to date sport climbers.)
In which case, you can say: "hey baby, wanna learn to plug gear?"
And just hope she doesn't confuse it with S&M.
