grandmother rocks. it is right next to gradfather.
any way....
I like this weeks gallery quite a bit. I spent quite a bit of the winter in the Red Rocks area last year and had tons of pictures to choose from. Red Rocks is quite a beautiful area and lends itself to photography. It is also the best part of being in Vegas. If you find yourself in the area, take a few hours from the gaudy casinoes and go climbing.

It is hard to say young'n climber. I was probably there at least 3 weeks of time. Vegas was the hub of my winter climbing operations so I would always be leaving and returning to there. Some times I would just spend a few days and some times I would be there for over a week straight.
i am glad my pictures got people psyched. Red Rocks is really cool. but watch out for the park closing early. call ahead and request late exit permission. it is free and only takes a second and can save you a 50 dollar ticket. they only give them to people doing long trad routes. sport climbers just have to leave by dark.

Happy Holidays eveyone,
For those of you who care, I made it back to Idaho safe and sound.
This weeks gallery is from last summer when I visited North Conway, New Hampshire, home to Whitehorse and Cathedrl. The first thing the locals told us when we showed up was that we picked the buggiest week of the year. But between the bugs and the rain we got in a lot of excellent climbing in a beautiful and lush green setting. Hopefully you will enjoy these pictures.
