The routes to the left of environmental impact were in need of new bolts last time I was on them. Also last I knew The Love Shack out at purple valley was still missing hangers on a couple bolts.dustonian wrote:USFS has almost zilch for funding. Agreed, Pebble is on the list. Any routes in particular come to mind?michaelarmand wrote:Purple Valley and Pebble Beach need some work. Even if the bridge closes it is worth fixing up these routes.
Med & large rubber cleaning-type gloves (ie. almost up to the elbow) are good... thanx!crazyhair wrote:I can probably donate gloves- what size(s) do we need?
Thanks guys! I just reported that route to Team Suck a couple days ago... There were definitely multiple spinners on that route, glad you got to it so fast!dustonian wrote:New stainless bolts on BBBB today at Military today. Not on the "official" list i know, but shoulda been... long overdue and quite well-deserved on this old Porter classic. Also tightened down all the spinners on the Sunshine/Moonbeam wall and added El Beefo quicklinks to the groovy rings on Moonbeam. Thanks to everyone for the support and Patrick Miller for the hard work.
I wasn't sure about it at first, but I think it ended up feeling pretty good.dustonian wrote:...and added El Beefo quicklinks to the groovy rings on Moonbeam.
