How about you stop re-bolting? Instead of rebolting, just pull ALL bolts on EVERYTHING at the Lode. Let's make the Lode a trad crag.

i mostly ……want to say THANK YOU to you, Andrew and your dad (Mike) and all else who helped re-bolt, and/or are trying to re-bolt. It’s one thing to hang on hook’s and all ….putting up your own route’s, but to go out and re-equip routes for the COMMUNITY, ……..thank you ……very much!

No checkmate here mate…..(guess i missed the undedited version) ....just a lose-lose scenario………….which could have been avoided ( i believe) with a more professional, polite, community orientated open discussion….then followed by action. The issue is indeed important, but the timing and drama (on both sides) is less than unfortunate. I believe if the issue was discussed properly and then a poll was taken, good chance the numbers might have shown a different (probably) needed proactive approach. I like the middle ground here (thanks P-steak/cleaning draw).

I was sad to see it all, considering I have good friends on both sides of the issue.
