You'd think I would have learned by now. Well, there are worse things in life. And now that I've had my first cup of coffee (and usually on the drive to the crag, to stay on topic), I'll try and be a little wiser with my editing.

what is the highest protien value of a bearded clam...toasted, slightly heated, or cold? and are we talking east coast clams or west coast clams?
