You should probably leave your Lexus at the Roadside parking area. No need to lock it up. Your belongings should be safe, and the locals will come by and make sure your dog has water.

You could use the #2 that AgentWTF fused as a starting point for your anchor. Bring up the second to the hanging belay and finish the job.
For the record I didn't fuse the #2. Though a hanging belay on that crack will impress the gumbies at Practice Wall, and possibly get you laid by the slightly overweight girlfriends of climbers who hang out at Miggies...
