Now that's a nice chunk of ice. Would love to have that in my back yard. Can't imagine the water bills and frozen pipes needed to make it.

Most of the large towers use lake or river water. Only cost is electricity for the pump.

Crampons? We don't need no stinking crampons! Yes, christmas lights can hold up a person quite easily with enough water.

no doubt..there is no good ice climbing in kentucky. sort of like snow boarding.
