MSM, quercetin/bromelain, Vit. C all good for inflammation.... Artsay, Zyflamend is a good one to use, just pricey.... type II collagen, gluco-syn-amine, and fish oils, esp. with high concentrations of EPA are all good for recovery. Cordyceps, Reishi, Maitake are all great mycelia that supposedly increase endurance (something to do with RBC count) However, I usually just have a Moose Drool or two (or PBR if I am broke) after climbing and call it good.
