OMG what happened to you people while I was away? 90K smiling faces and not ONE SINGLE BUZZKILL in 4 days really makes you appreciate how lame things can be around here.
Franti, P-Groove, Lotus, Biscos, Snoop, Panic, Modest Mouse, Thievery Corporation, Zappa Zappa, Primus, Crystal Method, Black Keys, STS9, Beautiful Girls........
...Rothbury ruled, just FYI. I think it might help some people to have more than climbing in their life.

Not to de-smile-ify the smiley happiness thread or anything, but if all 90k of those smiling faces showed up in the same place every weekend, they would eventually have the same lame issues we face in the RRG climbing community.

Perhaps. Coming back with such peaceful and happy glow only to be immersed in full on drama (not just with this bunch of children, but with other lexingtonians as well) it's a bit of a culture shock. It's a pity party for Charlie, none of you are invited.
Sam was pretty dang good, really there wasn't a single set that disappointed me. Most people were good, and some people quite simply owned the stage and crowd.......in particular Black Keys, Thievery Corporation, Franti, Panic, Crystal Method, STS9, Lotus, and Modest Mouse completely rocked the place. Such a good time, revisiting the memories actually drives me out of the pity party early.

Heh, ok pity party at Gus n K8tie's. Tackett's as always are invited and I will entertain self inflicted shock treatment until either I'm too drunk to walk or moral improves.
