To be fair. Friends of hers really do like her and accept her. Bryan is a nice guy and thus either has a huge pain tolerance or sees a side of her that she doesn't share on this side.

I don't know. Another example of complex women always chaging their mind and personality?

In my opinion, the information posted on this BBS is unverifiable hearsay. While I don't believe that any of the posts on this BBS would be addmitted for consideration by a Judge that does not mean that someone could not take the information gleaned from a post to trace evidence that is admittable. That would include the identity of the speaker who could be subpoenaed to give testimony. Further, if the information were of sufficient value a Court might subpoena the member information.

But I believe that the random comments of ranting climbers would not rise to the level of verifiable information that a Judge would consider sufficient to back up a subpoena. (Any moron atty can ask for a subpoena, then you have to "move to quash" then a judge decides whether to quash)
