well after many tries i finally figured out the roof on creature feature. then did it a couple more times to make sure i could do it every time. i don't think my poor abs have ever been so sore in my life. but at least it's a good kinda hurt.

its jus kind of a pull up not really roofy. used to be a tick where to put your heel.

Maybe you need to up the weights in the gym and lower the reps.
