I didn't say there was a gas shortage, I said that unless demand drops off, gas companies will keep charging high prices, why wouldn't they? We buy it regardless of the price.

o, demand is down 4%--not enough to hurt profits. It has to hurt them for them to lower prices. We would have to reduce consumption by 20-30% to affect anything.

well here in nashville we dont have any gas to boycott. i would rather pay high prices then not have any gas at all...
